Geoinformation system «Panorama» (GIS «Panorama x64», hereinafter referred to as GIS Panorama) allows you to create and print floor-by-floor technical plans of buildings in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia dated December 18, 2015 No. 953 (as amended on March 26, 2019) .) «On approval of the form of the technical plan and the requirements for its preparation, the composition of the information contained in it, as well as the form of the declaration on the property, the requirements for its preparation, the composition of the information contained in it». For this purpose, in GIS Panorama there is a «Floor Plan Editor», which is part of the application «Geodesy editor» and is activated by pressing the button on the main panel of the Geodesy editor. The «Floor Plan Editor» (hereinafter referred to as the Editor) is controlled using the toolbar (hereinafter referred to as the main panel), which is located at the start at the bottom of the main system window. While the Editor is running, all image controls are available (color, scale, composition of objects, map background, etc. - can be changed at any time for convenience). To edit floor plans, you can use the tools of the Vector Map Editor, which is also part of the GIS Panorama.
