Apply communications objects

The "Apply communications objects" mode calls the Models of created objects panel with a set of buttons for applying communications objects. The user is provided with a pre-prepared layout of objects grouped according to the type of utility networks. If necessary, the composition of layouts can be changed by the user independently.
