Creation of zone by object

The mode is used for performance of parallel constructions. Editing can be carried out in a single mode (selected map object) or in a group mode (group of preselected map objects or a logic set of objects).

At work in a group mode the automatic processing of all selected objects is made (after selecting the type of created object and entering the value of radius of a zone).

When working in single mode the editing is done online. After selecting an object on the map the mouse movement will be accompanied by reconstruction of the created object.  In a case if on a map not closed linear object is chosen, construction of a line parallel to it will be carried out.  If you select a closed object (line or polygon), or in the process of selecting the type of object to be created the polygon object is specified - construction of a zone around the chosen object will be carried out.  The type of a formed zone (rounded or with acute angles) can be changed, having chosen the corresponding menu item, «pop-up» when you right-click.

Radius of zone (or distance to a parallel line) can be entered, having chosen corresponding item of the «pop-up» menu. Also using the «pop-up» menu you can enable (or disable) the modes of capture of points and lines.

At entering positive value of zone radius the construction of an external zone (stretching) will be carried out. At entering negative value of radius of a zone the construction of an internal zone (narrowing) will be carried out.
