Fairway creation

In a mode of creating a waterway it is necessary to set a view of created object by a choice from the classifier in standard dialog Create object and in the pop-up window to set the minimum width and the minimum length of a fairway section. The values of these parameters can be changed when sequentially selecting a linear or areal object. If the width and length are not set (are equal 0 by default), the average line is created by length of the entire selected object.
