Addition of an absolute height into metrics from objects semantics

To add height into metrics of objects it is possible provided that they have semantics «Absolute height» (true altitude). In this case if objects have no three-dimensional metrics «Height» coordinate is added, and the height value is taken from object semantics. If object has the three-dimensional metrics, value of height varies onto value of a true altitude from object semantics.
