Mode of capture of «another's" vertices (take vertex)  (create objects, edit vertex) («K»)

If the mode is made active, in case at moving the cursor, in area of capture (limited by a rectangle with the center in an edited vertex) there is an existing vertex of any object already existing on a map, the cursor «will be pulled to it".

At use of a mode it is recommended to switch a map image in the main menu of GIS into a mode: Normal with nodes.
