Creation of new palette

For creation of the new graphic palette in the classifier press Add button. Thus a new graphic palette will be created, which has standard name and the first 16 colors are filled for its palette. Edit a name in the list of palettes names and update color of each rectangle by call of the standard dialog (by double click) or, entering components of color (by simple pressing).
