Start of isolines construction

It is recommended to do process of construction of isolines as follows:

1. To open works region.

2. To allocate on a map (in view of all open documents) necessary list of picket points.

3. In the Run Application mode to start onto execution the procedure of construction    of isolines ISOLINES.DLL.

4. The program of construction of isolines works in a dialog mode in which the user can set necessary parameters.

5. Before start of process of isolines construction (Execute button) it is necessary to execute some preliminary actions.

6. Besides, the program can give some error messages.
