Cutting the administrative borders

To provide a better display of administrative borders passing through elevation marks, the boundaries are cut into separate objects at the points of elevation marks. In this case, the cut adjacent borders contours always start and end with a full  hachures and are drawn with an offset from the elevation marks. Parameters of processing are contained in file c:\Users\Public\Documents\Panorama\NAME.preprint.process:

NAME - the name of the script parameters file corresponds to the name of the classifier file.
