Subpanel Import and export

Structure of the subpanel Import and export includes modes:  

- Load matrix from SRTM, GeoTIFF, IMG format;

- Loading matrix map from exchange GRD-format;

- Load matrix from a text file;

- Loading matrix from a database;

- Builder of MTD-model;

- Loading of MTD-model from LAS-file;

- Export into textual file;

 - Export of quality matrixes into TXT – file;
