Reports

In the Passport of a field software you can generate a number of reports. All reports are created automatically on the basis of information specified in the program and are formed by tools of Microsoft Office.

Reports are built on the basis of previously created templates in Microsoft Excel format. When installing the software, a folder is generated

<SYSTEM working directory>\Template\

which contains the developed templates.

Before generating reports, you must customize the path to the folder with template files. To do this, click on the «Setup parameters» button , located on the toolbar, and in the Report templates field, specify the folder where the files in the Microsoft Excel template format are located.

The list of reports can be accessed by clicking on the «Print» button .
