ici_9066 The mode "Certificate of inspection of the property" is intended for formation of the electronic document the Certificate of the inspection confirming the termination of existence of the real estate object.

The XML-document is formed under the XML-scheme "Certificate containing included into the Unified state register of objects of capital construction of information on the termination of existence of the accounting object (building, construction, premises, object of incompleted construction)". The form and an order of providing information about the termination of existence of the real estate object are imposed by the Order of The Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography P/456, dated 9/30/2014. A source of data for XML-document formation is a map object that can be plotted schematically, but provides formation of a database in the form of a cadastral map.

XML-document formation is made in accordance with the XML-scheme InspectionAct_v01.xsd placed in the folder Geodesy.XSD. Presence of this data for program functioning is obligatory because the specified folders contain the necessary classifiers and directories.

The recommended procedure:

- To copy into one folder the documents that are used at preparing the certificate of inspection (format PDF).

- To plot a contour of the real estate object ceasing the existence. Accuracy of positioning is not important, drawing can be done schematically.

- To call the mode and to specify schematically put object of real estate.

- To enter the required data in dialog and to generate the XML-document (the button ici_9059 "Formation of the XML-document").

- To form an electronic digital signature (the button ici_9060 "Formation of electronic digital signature") for all files of the electronic document (XML and PDF). All files should be located in one folder with the XML-document the Certificate of inspection.

To form a Package of information for sending into the state cadastre of real estate (the button ici_9061 "Formation of a ZIP-package for sending into SCRE").

The inspection certificate consists of a set of the files packed into one ZIP-archive (hereinafter - a package). One Certificate of inspection corresponds to one package.

The package name should have the following view:

act_*.zip, where:

act - a prefix denoting the belonging the information to a file with data of the Certificate of inspection;

* - an unique set of characters corresponding to the GUID specified in the data file (InspectionAct/@GUID).

Package contents represent one XML-file containing semantic information of the Certificate of inspection, and also can contain one or several files with PDF extension, containing electronic images of the paper documents used at preparation of the Certificate of inspection. Each file in the package should be signed by a separate digital signature.

The digital signature file should be located in the same catalog, as the signed file.

The filename of a digital signature should look like:

<name of a signed file>.sig

The XML file should be placed in the root of the package. PDF-files can be located in subdirectories \<directory>\<directory>\<file> (in this case the path to the files should be written in xml relative to the root of the package). The names of the directories and filenames must not contain special characters such as:  +/ \ * < >@ « » “ ” `] [ { } $ # ~.

The name of the XML-file containing semantic information of the Certificate of inspection, should have the following view:

act_*.xml, where:

* - the unique set of characters corresponding to the GUID, specified in a file of data (InspectionAct/@GUID).
