Calculate coordinates (direction corner and distance)

For an execution of this geometrical construction it is necessary to choose on a map a point object - initial point of building. Then in the corresponding dialog to enter parameters of  building (a direction angle and distance).  

Coordinates of a created picket point are on the ray dropped from initial point under a direction angle and on distance specified from it.
