Calculation of values of semantics for incoming objects

This task works in two modes: calculations on semantics and copy of semantics from entering objects into selected polygons.  

The mode "Calculations on semantics" allows to analyse distribution of the objects group inside the selected polygons (polygon objects) and to fill semantic characteristics of polygons by results of the executed analysis.

Before starting the dialog, preliminarily on the map by tools of search and mark the polygons are selected, into which semantic characteristics will be added.

The analyzed objects are specified by the filter of map objects (the Filter button).

When analyzing the distribution of objects by polygons, several semantic characteristics simultaneously can be filled. Values of polygons semantics are determined on the basis of a set of corresponding values of the characteristics of the analyzed objects entering fully or partly into polygons.

If in the table column Read from the semantics there is no assignment, such measurements as Area or Length of object of the analysis must be considered.

Following parameters are calculated:

- total value of the specified characteristic of object within each polygon;

- middle value of the specified characteristic of object within each polygon;

- minimum value of the specified characteristic of objects within each polygon;

- maximum value of the specified characteristic of objects within each polygon;

- percentage of incoming the object into the polygon;

- number of objects, entirely owned by the polygon;

- number of objects, partially owned by the polygon.

Sequence of the actions necessary for an execution of calculations is the following:

- by Filter button to set the list of the objects analyzed onto a belonging to selected polygons; the filtration can be done by layers, numbers of objects, type, etc.;

- to specify names of read semantic characteristics (semantics of the analyzed objects, which are being in territory of edited objects, should have numerical type);  

- to specify the name of the filled semantic characteristic of polygons (numerical or symbolic).

Those operations (Analyze column) participate in calculations for which semantics fields in the table are filled (columns Read from the semantics, Write to the semantics).

For the analyzed objects partially crossed with specified polygons, the correction factor is calculated in case the field is used: Take into account the factor entering the polygon. Values of the calculated characteristics will be proportional to length or the area of analyzed object getting into range, relative to the total length or the area of object.

The mode "Copy semantics" is intended to transfer the semantic information of entering object into object-polygon according to the specified codes of characteristics.

By mouse click in the left side of the table there are set the semantics codes that belong to the incoming objects selected by Filter button. The column on the right is intended for a choice of semantics from the map classifier on which the selected polygon objects are located.

If the table field "Write to the semantics" is not filled, then the semantics with a code similar to the code in the column "Read from semantics" will be written into object.

For multiple recording any characteristic (for example, "Own name") into the polygonal object it is necessary to provide possibility of its repetition (the task "Classifier Editor", check box "Allowed to be repeated").

In dialog there is a tool of cleaning the cells and deleting the rows of the semantics table by item of the pop-up menu which is activated by right-clicking in a table row.
