How to open a digital vector map

ic_7998 To work with a digital vector map, you first need to open it and display it on the screen. After that, you can view, process, edit, design and print it. The map can be opened by the following ways:

 

Open (from the File menu or on the main toolbar)

When you select a map file (raster, matrix), all its additional data opens: maps, rasters and matrixes, which were displayed together with the main map in the previous session of working with the map.

 

Open data set (from the File menu)

When you select a map file (raster, matrix) the one map, raster or matrix opens.

 

 

The program allows you to open several digital vector maps at once and navigate between them in the process of work (see the commands of the Window menu).

 

When you open a file in an exchange format (SXF, TXT, DIR, PCX, BMP, TIFF, etc.), the data loading  into the system format is performed.
