Automated quarters making

ic_792 After the interactive editing is finished, the automated quarters making is performed. Automated formation of quarters is carried out in the dialog of Quarters making. On the passages which have remained after interactive editing, the automatic cut of quarters is performed. Upon termination of cutting the quarters the automatic uniting of quarters is carried out according to the value the Maximum distance for quarters union (mm on map). After the end of the  uniting the quarters, the densely built-up parts of the block are automatically expanded within the blocks.

In the process of automatic uniting, some quarters can be united through the  passage (at a small length of the axis lines of the passages). In such a case, it is recommended to restore the state of the map before the formation of the areal passes has started and in interactive mode the Map Editor / Vertex / Move vertex to extend the axial lines of the passages in the problem sections (on 0.1-0.3 millimeters over the size of the quarter). In addition, it is recommended to set the tolerance for uniting blocks less than half the width of the other passage. When setting the width of the other passage equal to 0.3 millimeters, the tolerance for uniting the quarters should be 0.14 millimeters.

During the automatic uniting of quarters, subobjects (internal contours) adjacent to the outer contour of the quarter can be preserved. Editing the contours of quarters and densely built-up parts of quarters is carried out in the Map Editor / Vertex / Move vertex mode.

At the automated formation of quarters the cut and united quarters automatically are copied from the temporary user map into a derivative map. The temporary user map is closed automatically.

At the beginning of the task execution, a copy of the original map is automatically saved into SXF file with the sequence number of the current stage added to the name.
