Procedure in case of an error in accessing geoportals

This error occurs when there is no connection with the server http://giscnt.gisserver.info:8081/paramsgeo.html, where the geoportals access parameters are stored.

Procedure for correcting the problem:

1)        Contact the system administrator who should check the proxy server/firewall settings.

2)        In the proxy server/firewall settings, add to the list of exceptions the program from which access to geoportals is performed, for example (panorama64.exe, mapsurvey64.exe).

3)        Add access to the site http://giscnt.gisserver.info:8081/ into the list of exceptions

4)        Add access via http/https protocol on port 8081 into the list of exceptions.
