Create schema objects and filling the report

ic_0105 As a result of executing this mode, a report is formed in which the program places the scheme of the object of cadastral works, the coordinate description of the boundaries and the values ​​of the attributive characteristics from the semantics of the map objects. Report formation can be conditionally divided into two stages:

- creating a scheme of the object of cadastral works;

- filling the document template with data.

 

To activate the mode, press the button «Create schema objects and filling the report» and select an object on the map. Then the program is executed in the interactive report wizard mode. The Report Wizard is a software tool that helps the user to quickly and visually set the options for forming a scheme, select the composition of report templates, interactively make adjustments to the automatically generated scheme, adjust the scale and boundaries of the image area displayed into the report. The report wizard can be conditionally divided into the following steps:

- Step 1 (user): activation of the mode and selection of an object on the map;

- Step 2 (program): displaying the «Parameters of the scheme» dialog;

- Step 3 (user): in the «Parameters of the scheme» dialog, specify the necessary settings for the formation of the scheme and report;

- Step 4 (program) automatic creating the scheme of the object of cadastral works according to the specified parameters;

- Step 5 (program): displaying the scheme of the object of cadastral works on the screen;

- Step 6 (program): the «Printing the document» dialog is displayed together with the scheme;

- Step 7 (user): performing interactively any changes on the generated scheme (moving the objects of registration and titles, creating and deleting additional titles and elements of registration, changing the composition of the display, etc.);

- Step 8 (user): specifying the settings for the scale and boundaries of the generated image for the report;

- Step 9 (program): formation of a report in accordance with the made settings (composition of templates) and filling the report with data (coordinates, attributes,  scheme image).

 

When forming a report by a generalized template, the templates are used that are described in the [REPORTDOTS] «List of generalized templates» section of the dot.ini file.

 

When forming a report with a choice of sheets from the list, the list of templates specified in [LANDAFFAIR] section of the file dot.ini is used.  

 

When filling the report using a template, the program uses information about map objects for replacement of template markers onto values ​​from metrics and semantics in accordance with the algorithms for formation of the report. For the correct filling of the report according to the template, the used markers must correspond to the settings of the cadastral map classifier.

To perform automated modes of loading, processing and analyzing cadastral information, a digital cadastral map must be created on the basis of the survey.rsc classifier of the actual version, which contains a set of necessary symbols, objects and attributes. The classifier provides the automated processing of a cadastral map at formation of text reports and electronic XML-documents.
